About Us

New Mt. Hebron Baptist Church was established in 1984 under the leadership of Rev. W.J. Davis. Currently the active membership is approximately 125 with multiple ministries.

New Mt. Hebron Baptist Church is nestled in the heart of Garland, Texas and one of the stronghold(s) in the community. Garland has a population of 236,366 people and Garland ISD includes schools in Rowlett and Sachse, Texas.

The church is about a 20 minute drive from Dallas, Texas and there is easy access to one major airport (Dallas-Love Field) and one international airport (DFW).

Our Mission:

Our mission is to represent Christ in the world that through Him the world may be saved.

Our Objectives:

To be a dynamic spiritual organism empowered by the Holy Spirit to share Christ with as many people as possible in our church community, and throughout the world.
To be a worshiping fellowship, experiencing an awareness of God, recognizing His person and responding in obedience to His leadership
To experience an increasingly meaningful fellowship with God and fellow believers
To help people experience a growing knowledge of God and man
To be a church which ministers unselfishly to persons in the community and the world in Jesus name
To be a church whose purpose is to be Christ like in our daily living by emphasizing total commitment of life, personality and possessions to the lordship of Christ
